• Where the training is to be held (classroom & range location physical addresses)
• What courses you are interested in hosting, student or instructor level (or both)
• Your contact information
• Capacity of the classroom
• Capacity of the range and dimensions
• Whether the Range is an Indoor or Outdoor Range
• Specific rules of the range facility that may effect training and courses of fire
• Dates you want the training to occur
• Any other information that maybe necessary or helpful
