NRA Home Firearm Safety

Non-shooting, classroom-only course. The NRA Home Firearm Safety course is designed for individuals applying for a Massachusetts License to Carry (LTC) or Firearms Identification (FID) card. This four-hour course provides essential knowledge, skills, and the proper mindset for the safe handling, storage, and management of firearms and ammunition in the home. No live fire is conducted.
Massachusetts-Approved Course (LTC-007). This course satisfies the mandatory firearms safety training requirement for both Massachusetts LTC and FID applications.
